Park Shin Hye On Choosing The Role

Park Shin Hye shared that she believes she can challenge a new genre and show various sides of her as an actor in the new role.

Park caught the attention with her tough-looking styling and intense action scenes in the teaser. The actress revealed that Seo Hye perceives the situation by instinct and is fully capable of solving them.

She then picked up on basic action movements in the action school to get familiar with using her body. She also poured in her all to the point where she thought she worked hard enough when filming the action scenes.

To distinguish the future from the present Seo Hae, Park Shin Hye also paid keen attention to the little details. She went on that Seo Hae, who lives in the future, wears comfortable clothes for survival and has props such as knee pads, gloves, hoods, and bags, while the present Seo Hae puts on clothes that Tae Sool would have gotten for her.

Regarding their chemistry with Cho, Park shared that she was thrilled to meet her favorite senior. "It was fun to act together, and I loved the energy we exchanged and the feeling of creating the project and the characters together," she added.

Cho Seung Woo's Attraction To The Drama

As to how Cho Seung Woo accepted the role, he first chose the uniqueness within the script. He said that the drama simultaneously deals with present Korea and the future Korea that is completely deserted. The endless journey begins when Seo Hae finds Tae Sool in the current time to change the future.

The actor expressed that he had high expectations over how sensately the two eras would be described. "I also chose the work because I was so curious about what kind of relationship Tae Sool and Seo Hae would have and lead this 16-part series," said the actor.

Furthermore, the actor revealed how he was attracted to his character "Han Tae Sool." He said that the character's extraordinary talent had opened the door to the future, but he is so weak-minded that he fails to escape the past's yoke.

Moreover, regarding his co-lead, Park Shin Hye, whom he worked with for the first time, he said that the actress is the kind of actor who never lies in front of the camera. "She is a wonderful actor," he said. She acts every scene with all her heart and breathes life into Seo Hae.
