According to Meaww, Elkie's main reason to legally put her action towards her agency are the mistreatments.

Elkie's representative wrote in the letter that after signing the contract with Cube Entertainment, Elkie fulfilled all of her responsibilities written on the contract. However, the agency did not pay her for her acting activities based on the outlined agreement under Article 6.4 in the exclusive contract.

The shocking revelation in the letter said that Cube Entertainment changed its structure and informed the CLC members that there would no longer be any kind of development support in 2020.

That said, the agency did not provide any reasonable plans that concern Elkie's future career. Instead, Cube Entertainment expressed that they would no longer fulfill the signed contract's full terms between them and the singer.

Meanwhile, Cube Entertainment did not respond to the letter yet, but will surely do in no time. Simultaneously, fans of CLC are in full support of Elkie's actions towards the agency; as they have said, it is the right thing to do.
