The 26-year-old South Korean singer and TV personality Heo Young Ji, best known as Youngji, expressed her sentiments towards losing Hara and how much she misses her.

Youngji shared her feeling with BNT News

According to Allkpop, BNT News facilitated an interview with former KARA member Youngji, leading the singer to reminisce the good old times. Moreover, Youngji recalled her past activities while she was still in KARA for two years.

In the said interview, Youngji shared that she had to familiarize and memorize over 30 songs in a brief period because the girl group's demand to go on tour is at its soonest possible time.

Youngji further shared that being with the girl group KARA was not that easy; however, she enjoyed her time because her dreams of being in a girl group with her older group sisters came true. Since she was still a trainee, it has always been her goal to be promoting with KARA.

The singer trained for almost five years, making her very desperate. So in that way, being with KARA made her accept the deal as her last challenge in becoming a successful K-pop idol.

Youngji on missing Hara and the group

On top of all the happy times with the group, her heart was broken when KARA disbanded right before her very eyes. "It was really hard for me because I didn't know how to do anything by myself," Youngji said.

For the time being, she still misses the band, but most especially Hara, who already left them for good. "I still visit the members' Instagram daily. I even visit Hara unnie's Instagram account as a habit," Youngji revealed.

Youngji strongly believes that one way of commemorating Hara is to keep looking at her photos and remembering how she was back then.

On November 24, the industry commemorated the first death anniversary of the late Hara. She was found with no life in her flat at the age of 28.
