OCN's 'The Uncanny Counter' officially made record-breaking history upon the release of its sixth episode.

On December 14, Monday, Soompi shared that the superhero themed drama led by Jo Byeong Gu and GUGUDAN's Kim Sejeong had reached the highest peak of viewership ratings up to date. Nielsen Korea remarked that the K-series 'The Uncanny Counter' managed to gain an average rating of 7.7 percent for its sixth episode.

Aside from that, this figure also made OCN's 'The Uncanny Counter' the highest record achieved for the viewership ratings, surpassing other K-drama programs of OCN. 'The Uncanny Counter' beat the previous record of 'Voice 2', which holds the previous highest record of 7.1 percent in 2018.

Some are enjoying the series as it greatly entertains the minds of the adults and the teenagers who are watching the series. These kinds of programs always get higher ratings, following romance-themed shows.

Meanwhile, other K-dramas such as tvN's 'Mr Queen' managed to achieve a rise in the viewership figure following the airing of its second episode. TvN's program featuring Shin Hye Sun and Kim Jung Hyun earned a nationwide rating of 8.8% for their historical fantasy-comedy drama, making them hold their spot against all other network programs.

Furthermore, KBS 2TV's 'Homemade Love Story' gained figure success to all-time ratings making it the most-watched drama of the weekend. 'Homemade Love Story's latest episode gained many viewers hitting the average nationwide ratings of 30.3% and 32.9% for its remaining two parts, as a new personal record for the show.

Given the ratings, fans are now more hyped to support these Korean programs with great line-up of casts.
