Former ILUV Shin Minah's case is now being forwarded to the prosecution court by former agency, WKS ENE Entertainment, on the grounds of obstruction of business and violating the Information Communications Network Act (defamation).

On December 9, Wednesday, Soompi reported that WSK ENE Entertainment had forwarded the case along with Shin Minah to the prosecution, according to her former label's legal representatives. The label released a follow-up statement after the transfer concerning the legal action they filed against Shin Minah.

In the statement, the Seoul Jongno Police Department held Shin Minah's case since November 28, due to alleged obstruction of work and defamation. Today, the former member is now officially transferred to the Seoul Central District Prosecutor's Office.

Following the legal steps, WKS ENE Entertainment updated the fans of the upcoming rookie girl group BOTOPASS's official debut in the K-pop scene when things are settled. Fans are excited and curious about what concept they will be embracing after the members' re-debut in BOTOPASS.

Meanwhile, the debut had been halted owing to Shin Minah's allegation against her co-members, which she boldly revealed on her YouTube channel. This issue gained hate against the company and her group members, hindering BOTOPASS's official re-debut in the K-pop scene.

Many netizens are disappointed and upset as Shin Minah details the sexual harassment and bullying she received from her co-members, which Shin Minah defined as 'traumatizing.' The former member also asked for help from the managing agency to dispute the issue with her co-members, which was ignored in the end.

Moreover, due to the bullying, Shin Minah attempted to take her life twice. This angered many fans and netizens, knowing other K-pop artists suffered the same fate and died in the end.

This was debunked by the agency and accused Shin Minah of having 'mythomania,' a psychiatric condition when a person tends to exaggerate or tell lies.
