Han Seo Hee tested positive for illegal drug usage after an unannounced urine test was made during her probation period. The police have previously prosecuted Han Seo Hee for breaching the Psychoactive Drug Administration Act, as per Koreaboo's exclusive article.

In September 2017, Han Seo Hee got a 4-year sentence of probation for smoking marijuana with three years in prison if the probation is compromised.

The probationary office is permitted to perform Han Seo Hee's drug screen test at least once a month under the compliance agreement, and she tested positive this time.

Since the defendant breached probation, proceedings against her will now be initiated, and she could face prison sentences in the worst circumstance.

"Drug criminals like marijuana users will be screened at unexpected times for drugs throughout the time of supervised release. If the results of this test are positive, retrial investigations are sure to happen. We don't know what the court is going to do about the positive Han Seo Hee drug assessment for probation, Yet her three-year imprisonment for breach of probation should not be ignored," said the inspection agency.

Han Seo Hee's Lawyer Says, "There Were Threats" In B.I. and Yang Hyun Suk's Drug Scandal Meeting With Prosecutors

Han Seo Hee, made an appearance at the Office of the Seoul Central District Attorney on June 23 at 10 am. Prosecutors explicitly singled Han Seo Hee for involving Y.G. Entertainment owner and former Chief executive Yang Hyun Suk in the drug case

Her lawyer subsequently affirmed that there had been severe threats. B.I. was charged in early 2019 for buying drugs like L.S.D. and cannabis.

He has also been suspected of using drugs with Han Seo Hee. He has been declared innocent of all the charges and allegations then.

In addition, Yang Hyun Suk was also convicted in August 2016 for buying and consuming drugs.

Suspicion emerged that Yang Hyun Suk scheduled a private meeting with Han Seo Hee and even threatened her to change her testimony to escape any further proceedings or punishment.

In the end, Han Seo Hee reported to the National Civil Rights Commission in June 2019 about her interaction with Yang Hyun Suk.

The case is now under the jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Attorney's Office. However, police have declared that they have temporarily suspended their investigations against Yang Hyun Suk until they are confident no officers were involved in the threats, Koreaboo reported.
