The highly-awaited sci-fi film Seo Bok has now unveiled its first trailer. The film is making headlines on different media outlets due to its high caliber main characters. The exhilarating movie stars no other than Gong Yoo and Park Bo Gum!

Gong Yoo and Park Bo Gum's first movie together

Seo Bok is a film which Park Bo Gum completed before he enlisted in the military. The movie has been making rounds on the internet. Not just because of its cast but because of its futuristic plot.

The story revolves around Ki Heon (portrayed by Gong Yoo), a former intelligence agent offered with the last order to protect humankind's first human clone Seo Bok (played by Park Bo Gum).

However, as many people wanted to obtain the secrets to eternal life, which Seo Bok holds, Ki Heon and Seo Bok caught up in unexpected incidents that involve several special forces who wanted to hunt down and possess the clone.

The first trailer started up with an image of Ki Heon (Gong Yoo), a terminally ill former intelligence agent given the role in a top-secret project and asked what it could be. He took on his last mission and came across the world's first mutated human clone, Seo Bok (Park Bo Gum), who possesses special powers.

Gong Yoo as Park Bo Gum's Protector

Seo Bok was a test subject from stem cell cloning and genetic modifications. He may look harmless and innocent on the outside, yet tells a different story with his dark eyes. For the first time, Seo Bok left the lab with Ki Heon. As to a scientist, he is an immortal.

As Ki Heon starts to have a special companion with Seo Bok and becomes more involved in the project, they grow closer together despite pursuing various forces that wanted to eliminate Seo Bok. However, Ki Heon then realized that Seo Bok might be more than just a clone.

Ki Heon does everything he can in his power to protect and save Seo Bok for someone ordered to eliminate him. Nearly to the end of the teaser, Seo Bok looked at Ki Heon and curiously asked him why he is trying to protect him.

The actors' overwhelming presence raised anticipation on the viewers' curiosity over a new material of "human clone," attempted for the first time in Korean cinema.

The upcoming sci-fi film sets to release sometime in December.
