The Korean Business Research Institute has revealed the September’s brand reputation rankings for singers! BTS, Im Young Woong, BLACKPINK, IU, and Kang Daniel are among the top notchers this month!

The determination of the rankings was through using big data collected from August 25 to September 26. And analyzing the singers’ media coverage, consumer participation, interaction, and community awareness indexes.

BTS enjoys a 37.41 percent increase in its brand reputation index since August, which made the global sensation rose to the top of this month’s list. The group’s total index for the month of the seven-member group came out to 22,550,007.

Recently, BTS’ music video for “MIC Drop (Steve Aoki Remix),” which was released on November 24, 2017, after the original song was included on their mini-album “Love Yourself: Her.” at 5:16 a.m. of September 26, KST, the MV hit 750 million views.

Also, the “Dynamite” MV of the septet, which was released on August 21 at 1 p.m. KST, hit 400 million views at 10:36 p.m. KST on September 25. With the current figures, the music video only took about 35 days and nine hours to reach the milestone.

The male superstars also break the record for the fastest music video by a Korean artist to reach 400 million views held previously by BLACKPINK after “How You Like That” hit the milestone in 43 days.

Following “DNA,” “Fire,” “Dope,” “Fake Love,” “MIC Drop (Steve Aoki Remix),” “Blood Sweat & Tears,” “IDOL,” “Save Me,” “Boy With Luv,” and “Not Today,” —“Dynamite,” is now BTS’s 11th music video to rack up over 400 million views,

The winner of “Mister Trot,” Im Young Woong, took the second spot in the rankings with a brand reputation index of 10,439,938.

Furthermore, BLACKPINK achieves a total index of 9,601,636 for September, making the quartet take the third spot.

Meanwhile, taking the fourth and fifth place are IU and Kang Daniel.
