The youngest member of Super Junior is now in talks for a solo comeback.

Super Junior’s Kyuhyun is confirmed to be making a solo comeback! According to Hellokpop, a representative from their label reveals the idol’s high hopes for coming back in the mainstream as a solo artist.

However, the agency shared that the exact time and details of the solo comeback are still underway, and details will be discussed in the days to come.

In May 2019, the Super Junior member made a solo comeback with the album ‘The Day We Meet Again’ and the title track ‘Aewol-Ri,’ where the singer participated in the producing and in writing its lyrics. The music, introed by a mellow piano, talked about a story of someone afraid of losing a loved one.

In 2014, Kyuhyun became the first-ever member of Super Junior to debut solo with the track ‘At Gwanghwamun.’

His single achieved an “all-kill” by topping all nine digital Korean charts after 12 hours since its release, according to Koreaboo.

This month, Super Junior’s official subunit, K.R.Y. returned to the music scene after 15 years. Kyuhyun, Ryewook, and Yesung were positive and optimistic about their great present to fans.

The group dropped a ballad ‘When We Were Us,’ telling a story of a happy past, wishing for the memories to last forever.

The 31-year-old Kyuhyun was the last member of Super Junior to finish the mandatory military service. The group made necessary adjustments on their concerts and appearances since the members started enlisting in 2010.

When Kyuhyun served in the military, he had the chance to attend Super Junior’s concert as an audience.

And according to Hellokpop, since May of last year, the actor became active in entertainment shows including ‘New Journey to the West,’ ‘tvN’s Kang’s Kitchen,’ ‘Fall in Love with Music,’ ‘Olive’s Home Cooking Live’ and, ‘M.B.C.’s Oh! My Part, You.’
