SEVENTEEN has achieved another milestone in their careers as they break their record in the first week of their album sales.

The boy group unveiled their seventh mini-album "Heng:garae" on June 22. It set a new personal record on its third-day album sales hitting 889, 806 albums sold, according to Allkpop.

The album beat the group's previous first-week record last 2019 of 700, 863 in the album 'An Ode.'

On June 26, SEVENTEEN became the second artist in the Hanteo history to break 1 million album sales within the first day period, next to BTS.

Meanwhile, BTS, with their album 'Love Yourself: Tear,' also had the same fate with SEVENTEEN 2 years ago. It also broke its record with 'Love Yourself: Her' with 759, 263 copies sold in its first week.

As reported by Hellokpop, SEVENTEEN had surpassed 1.6 million album pre-orders, which gave the group its first million-seller since its debut in 2015. It clearly shows how vast the influence of the group and how powerful their music presence is.

SEVENTEEN also made it to #1 in 10 countries on Apple music charts. What makes it more impressive is the group's first-place ranking on iTunes Worldwide Albums Chart, as reported by Koreaboo.

It goes to show that the group is not just a national sensation but a worldwide phenomenon.

'Heng:garae' features six tracks entitled 'Fearless,' 'Left and right,' 'I wish,' 'My My,' 'Kidult' and, 'Together.'

During the live-streamed press of SEVENTEEN, the boys said they wanted their new songs to be the anthem and motto for the youth.

"The title track, 'Left and Right,' is a message for young people who challenge themselves to reach their dream," said Woozi, who joins in the composition of all the six tracks. "They may be going left and right, not knowing what path to take, but through that period, they will later be able to shoot up to the sky with their strength," he added.

Congratulations, SEVENTEEN!
