'When I Was The Most Beautiful' Transitions Into Its Second Half Of The Story

MBC’s drama “When I Was The Most Beautiful” is now on its second half of the story.

Here are things to look forward to in the second half of the drama.

First, Seo Hwan (played by Ji Soo) will be confronting some feelings for his first love, Oh Ye Ji (will be played by Im Soo Hyang) head-on. In the previous episode, Seo Hwan made a mature transformation as he turned into an adult.

Seo Hwan reassured Oh Ye Ji that from now on, he would be taking care of his father as he tries to convince her to leave her home. Seo Hwan decided to confess his feelings to Oh Ye Ji because he can not bear to see her in pain any longer.

In the preview of episode eight, Oh Ye Ji told Seo Hwan not to ruin his life to take care of her. Seo Hwan replied it is what he wanted to do, to ruin his life. The viewers are curious and looking forward to the newly transformed Seo Hwan and what he will do next for Oh Ye Ji.

Second, Seo Jin is back. Seo Jin, who went missing for seven years, will be returning. In the previous episode, he went to the United States to join a racing event, and a mysterious car accident happened, and Seo Jin’s whereabouts became unknown.

Seo Jin returned alive in the preview of the episode, which surprises the viewers as he said that he does not want to see anyone. Seo Jin sobs silently after watching over Oh Ye Ji.

Lastly, the episode finally revealed the story behind Oh Ye Ji’s family. The mother of Oh Ye Ji, Kim Go Woon (played by Kim Min Young), murdered her husband and spent 14 years in prison. Her mother always ignored her daughter when she came to see her. With the twist of fate, Kim Go Woon began showing interest to her daughter Oh Ye Ji after being released from prison.

As the story goes deep, the real reason behind the murder is yet to be revealed. Oh Ye Ji's aunt, Oh Ji Young (Shin Yi), hinted at the truth when her mother, Kim Go Woon, said she could not call the police because something is bothering her.

She also asked if she wanted to see how she will protect her child. The viewers will surely know the truth behind the ever-changing relationship between Oh Ye Ji and Kim Go Woon. (Via Soompi)
