The drama "When I Was The Most Beautiful" is about Oh Ye Ji, an art teacher, caught in a love triangle between two brothers (Seo Hwa and Seo Jin).

Ji Soo is playing the character of Seo Hwan, a cheerful student with a pleasing personality. At the same time, Ha Seok Jin plays as Seo Jin, a burning passion car racer. He met Oh Ye Ji in a workshop of his father, Sung Gon, with Choi Jong Hwa playing the character —knowing that they are brothers, the two approaches Oh Ye Ji differently when it comes to love.

Seo Jin is a straightforward person who does not hesitate and opens up his heart for the woman he loves. He is not afraid to approach Oh Ye Ji with his strong feelings, and he was intrigued by her pure personality. Seo Jin is the knight in shining armor of Oh Ye Ji, rescuing her from her violent aunt Oh Ji Young played by Shin Yi.

However, Oh Ye Ji tries to push back Seo Jin, but he told her that he could not save anyone. He was trying to lean on Oh Ye Ji, a woman who keeps her head up despite the difficult times. While making such a bold move, his efforts were not in vain because Oh Ye Ji is taking small steps towards the same direction with Seo Jin.

As expected, Seo Hwan is a complete opposite of Seo Jin. He caught Oh Ye Jin and the viewers off guard when Seo Hwan confessed to Oh Ye Ji his feelings. Seo Hwan fell in love at first sight when he saw Oh Ye Ji on a rainy day using a leaf as an umbrella. Seo Hwan found out that Oh Ye Ji can not sleep with any lights on with his efforts to know her more. He went on night duty to tell her that he would shine brightly beside and protect her from the darkness.
