Cho Seung Woo and Bae Doona are in the middle of the growing tension between the prosecutors and the police in the new teasers of "Forest of Secrets."

In the previous episode, the congressman was suspected of corrupting a bank. He is also the Commissioner for the Legislation and Judiciary Committee, and the suspicions were raised as he hired his son. Shin Jae Yong (Lee Hae Young), the Criminal Investigation Bureau director, was filed with a complaint by the Commissioner to counter the suspicions and investigate the case with a specific target and result in mind.

The key person to both the police and prosecutors is Commissioner Nam, as whatever bill that would result from their discussions regarding their investigative jurisdiction would have ultimately be passed by him to have any effect.

Furthermore, Choi Bit (Jeon Hye Jin) ordered Jan Yeo Jin (Bae Doona) to shake up Nam Jae Ik thoroughly and to bring the Commissioner's weakness that the police officers of the Intelligence Bureau had procured. As Han Yeo Jin was spotted by Woo Tae Ha (Choi Moon Sung) taking some documents into Nam Jae Ik's office, he could not hide his anxiety, and Hwang Si Mok (Cho Seung Woo) who is very keen noticed this.

Putting the puzzle pieces together, Hwang Si Mok figured out that Woo Tae Ha had been directly involved in covering up Commissioner Nam's corruption and ruling him not guilty.

However, Woo Tae Ha ordered Hwang Si Mok to familiarize Han Yeo Jin to find out what she took to the Commissioner's office. And if Han Yeo Jin indeed did not look at the contents of the envelope as Choi Bit had instructed remains to be seen.

Hwang Si Mok is having a late-night visit to Han yeo Jin's home in the new stills. And it is still ambiguous whether he is complying with Woo Tae Ha's command, or if he has come to cooperate with her. Hwang Si Mok is very keen on his decisions, but Han Yeo Jin looks like she has a lot going in her mind.

According to the producers, the point to look forward in the next episode of "Forest of Secrets" is how Hwang Si Mok and Han Yeo Jin will get out of this sticky situation as the opposition between the prosecutor's and the police grows more and more heated.
