Girl group Red Velvet and their fans, ReVeluv, gathered for a call of celebration for Wendy's return to the industry.

On the previous reports, on August 21, Red Velvet's Joy posted photos on Instagram, which are behind the scenes from the set of Red Velvet's cover of BoA's "Milky Way."

At the start of 2020, fans were worried that perhaps Wendy is not going back to the industry. However, in April, Wendy's condition reportedly got better and continues to improve. And in July, the girl group members revealed themselves that Wendy is not on rehabilitation therapy.

BoA's 20th-anniversary celebration is Wendy's first activity since the accident, and fans are happy and eager to welcome her back. Compliments showered upon the idol's return, claiming that she was gorgeous and dazzling as ever.

The iconic vocalist of Red Velvet trended globally on Twitter with the hashtags #WeMissYouWendy, #WelcomeBackWendy, celebrating the return of the Red Velvet member.

Red Velvet's cover of "Milky Way" is part of the SM Entertainment project for the anniversary of BoA this 2020. It will be Wendy's first time to participate in group activities and perform together with the four other Red Velvet members after the injury. SM Entertainment also confirmed that this meant the partial return of Wendy's schedule as her health allows.

On a series of photos on Joy's stories on her official Instagram account, she happily showed the behind the scenes of their shoot. In the caption, it said that it was the day of Wendy's comeback.

Member Yeri also shared a photo stating, "Finally five members of Red Velvet," and on the top of the lyrics' screenshot, Yeri also wrote, "ReVeluv loves Red Velvet forever." And on the personal account of Wendy, she also captioned "Missed You All, my ReVeluv." (Via Soompi)
