Sunmi has released the official single of "Borderline" music video and talks about mental issues and emotional struggle.

The single is co-composed by Sunmi and her creative partner FRANTS. They penned the lyrics together, which is all in English. The soloist performed the single on her concert last year and shared the lyrics in February 2019. However, this marks the official release of the song.

Meanwhile, Sunmi has been active in the last couple of days. She had a video reaction on her collaboration with JYP in the track "When We Disco." In the video, fans can see JYP and Sunmi sitting beside each other, watching the music video "When We Disco."

Sunmi stated that the music video for the single is cinematic, commenting on various moments throughout the video. JYP also commented on his favorite scenes with the soloist, including his top picks on Sunmi's acting in the music video.

At the end of their reaction video, Sunmi asked JYP if she was the only artist that he had on her mind for "When We Disco." JYP then revealed that she is the only artist he wants to collaborate with the track and confess that Sunmi sent him a recording of the song while in the U.S. promoting Wonder Girls.

The lyrics of the track 'I miss those days when we disco' resonated with him, and then JYP asked Sunmi, "Do you really miss those days when we work together?" and Sunmi then replied, "Yes."
