Kim Yong Ji And Kim Bum Teamed-Up In Harper’s Bazaar Photoshoot + Share Excitement In Upcoming Fantasy Drama ‘Tale of the Nine Tailed’
Kim Yong Ji and Kim Bum shared excitement on their upcoming drama and teamed up for a photoshoot and interview with Harpers Bazaar.
The upcoming drama, “Tale of the Nine-Tailed,” starred Kim Bum and Kim Yong Ji and Lee Dong Wook, Jo Bo Ah, and many others. The drama is an “urban fantasy drama” and features the mythical nine-tailed fox, a male gumiho who has just settled in Yi Yeon (played by Lee Dong Wook). And the fearless and talented producing director (PD) Nam Ji Ah (played by Jo Bo Ah), whose current features are about urban myths and is determined to hunt the gumiho.
After the photoshoot, followed the interview where Kim Bum described the movie and said that having a male gumiho is what the drama felt new.
If a fox exists for about 500 years, regardless of gender, they can take any human form. Furthermore, if they live 1,000 years, they become a cheonho that can use heavens’ power.
He also added that his character as Yi Rang is a gumiho that can transform without restriction because he has been alive for 100 years while Lee Dong Wook’s character Yi Yeon is a cheonho. Kim Yong Ji compared herself to others, for she is a new gumiho. She has not been one for long and still acquires more animal instincts with her.
Kim Bum described Kim Yong Ji that she is very free-spirited in front of cameras. On the other hand, Kim Yong Ji replied that she does not have enough experience acting, so she is sometimes unsure what to do. Kim Bum helped her a lot when she is confused with the necessary things to do. In the drama and even in real life, he always follows his lead.
Harper Bazaar’s September issue will feature the full photo spread and interview of Kim Bum and Kim Yong Ji.
“Tale of the Nine-Tailed” premieres in October.
