Actor Kim Soo-hyun's agency has responded to the latest claims made by the family of the late actress Kim Sae-ron.

On March 12, Kim Soo-hyun's agency, Gold Medalist, stated to Sports Seoul, "Our official stance remains unchanged."

On March 11, the YouTube channel Garo Sero Institute (GaSeYeon) continued its reports from the previous day, releasing additional statements from Kim Sae-ron's family, text messages allegedly sent by Kim Sae-ron to Kim Soo-hyun, and personal photos of the two together.

One of the revealed messages, dated March 19 last year, stated, "I received a legal notice regarding a lawsuit. They said they would give me enough time, so I've been working hard on my comeback. I plan to gradually repay what I owe, little by little, with every project."

The message continued, "I'm not saying I won't repay it. But if you demand 700 million KRW ($520,000) all at once, I really can't afford it. It's not that I don't want to, I just physically can't. Does it really have to go to a lawsuit? Please, I'm begging you. Give me some time."

Along with the texts, GaSeYeon also released a photo showing Kim Soo-hyun kissing Kim Sae-ron on the cheek. On March 10, the channel claimed-based on statements from Kim Sae-ron's family-that Kim Soo-hyun and Kim Sae-ron had been in a relationship for six years.

Gold Medalist firmly denied the new claims, stating, "GaSeYeon has alleged that Kim Soo-hyun and our agency conspired with YouTuber Lee Jin-ho to harass the late Kim Sae-ron. They also claimed that Kim Soo-hyun had been in a relationship with her since she was 15."

The agency continued, "Additionally, they accused us of mishandling Kim Sae-ron's DUI incident, claimed that one of our managers was personally connected to Lee Jin-ho, and made numerous other malicious accusations against Kim Soo-hyun and our agency. These are all completely false and cannot be ignored."

Gold Medalist reaffirmed its legal stance, stating, "We are reviewing the strongest possible legal actions against GaSeYeon for spreading these falsehoods."
