There is news that Jennie from the girl group BLACKPINK has acquired a new home. On the afternoon of November 14 (KST), Biz Korea reported that Jennie purchased a luxury villa, Hannam The Terrace in Hannam-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, for 5 billion won.

According to the report, Jennie bought the property entirely in cash without any loans and has completed the residence registration immediately after moving in. The purchase contract was made in February 2021, and the Hannam The Terrace unit bought by Jennie has an exclusive area of 74 pyeong (approx. 244.5 square meters) and a total area of 87 pyeong (approx. 287.5 square meters), featuring five bedrooms and three bathrooms.

Furthermore, it is reported that Jennie previously resided in another luxury villa, The House, located near Hannam The Terrace.

In addition to Jennie, BLACKPINK's Lisa also purchased a house in Seongbuk-dong, Seoul, for 7.5 billion won in February.
