BLACKPINK's Jennie sent a love call to the show, featuring her close friend, model Shin Hyun-ji.
On the 14th, Jennie shared a video on her personal account story. The video she shared was a segment from 'Salon de Lip' featuring her close friend, Shin Hyun-ji. Jennie tagged 'Salon de Lip' MC, Jang Do-yeon, and wrote, "When will I get invited to Salon?" along with sending hearts, capturing attention with her direct appeal.
Along with this, Jennie sent a special message to Shin Hyun-ji, saying, "Let's meet soon and take on a challenge, friend."
Previously, model Shin Hyun-ji appeared on the channel 'TEO Teo's content 'Salon de Lip2' and mentioned her close friend, Jennie. Shin Hyun-ji humorously shared, "When I'm walking the runway, all Jennie has to do is watch me," and imitated the playful expression Jennie gives her, causing laughter.
Shin Hyun-ji further revealed their special bond, saying, "One challenge is over, but I think I should return after the show. I feel her gaze from there. When I come back, the camera is behind me," hinting that she sends a wink as a signal when she spots Jennie.
Meanwhile, BLACKPINK showcased their power once again by conducting the largest K-pop girl group world tour, 'BLACKPINK WORLD TOUR [BORN PINK]', attracting approximately 1.5 million attendees.
Notably, this year marks BLACKPINK's 7th anniversary since their debut. Since their debut on August 8, 2016, they have consistently grown over the past 7 years, setting numerous records as a K-pop girl group.
