BTS Sweeps No.1 Spot on Spotify and Oricon with 10th Anniversary Single 'Take Two'
The digital single 'Take Two', released by the group BTS to mark their 10th anniversary, has swept the number one spot on international music charts.
According to the latest chart (as of June 9) from Spotify, the world's largest music streaming company, BTS's new single 'Take Two', which was simultaneously released worldwide on June 9, was streamed 7,279,978 times, securing the number one spot on the 'Daily Top Songs Global'.
'Take Two' also made an impressive debut on Japan's Oricon 'Daily Digital Single Ranking' latest chart (as of June 9), with 21,792 downloads, immediately soaring to the number one spot.
'Take Two' had already proven its immense popularity earlier by topping the iTunes 'Top Songs' charts in 92 countries/regions around the world as of 9 a.m. on June 10.
BTS released 'Take Two' to mark their team's 10th anniversary, expressing their gratitude towards their fans. 'Take Two' is an acoustic pop genre track that combines the sweet vocals of BTS, a rap that delicately portrays their journey from their debut to the present, and a cozy acoustic sound.
