At midnight on May 26, Connect Entertainment announced Kang Daniel's return by uploading a 'KANGDANIEL-Prequel' video on its official social media channels.

The 60-second video showcases a grandiose scale akin to a blockbuster film. Set against the backdrop of an expansive desert, a high-speed chase unfolds, with an unidentified force pointing their guns at Kang Daniel. Towards the end, a close-up shot features Kang Daniel slowly removing his mask, and the finale is adorned with a verse from the English Bible.

Translated, the verse reads, "Do not be afraid of those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. Rather, be afraid of the One who can destroy both soul and body in hell." This is the content of Matthew 10:28.

The immersive video then reveals the date, June 19, hinting at the comeback date for Kang Daniel's first album of the year. There's heightened curiosity surrounding what kind of music and message Kang Daniel, who has firmly established himself as a solo artist, will return with this time.

Previously, Kang Daniel announced a Seoul encore concert on July 1 as the finale of his world tour in the past year. With the news of a new album of extraordinary scale added to the mix, anticipation is building up.
