Teen Top Revives Hidden Gem 'Missing You' for 2023 Comeback
The group Teen Top is set to revive their underrated hit 'Missing You' in a fresh 2023 version.
On May 22, Teen Top held a live broadcast to reveal the results of the 'TEEN TOP Re-cording Project' poll via their official YouTube channel.
From the 8th to the 20th, the final vote was conducted, and 'Missing You' narrowly beat 'Ah-ah' to claim first place.
As a result, fans can look forward to a 2023 version of 'Missing You', performed by the four members and featured alongside the title track of their new album.
The 'TEEN TOP Re-cording Project' is an event to select a re-recorded track to be included in Teen Top's new album, set to be released this July. The project is particularly special as fans directly vote to select the underrated song from Teen Top's discography.
'Missing You' is a signature emotional ballad by Teen Top. It was included in Teen Top's first full album 'No.1', released in 2013, and was loved alongside the title track 'Miss Right'.
In addition, Teen Top is recruiting for the 8th generation of their official fan club, Angel. The members plan to continue active communication with fans alongside their comeback.
With their full-fledged promotional activities released, Teen Top has officially ignited their comeback. As they are creating the album piece by piece with their fans, expectations for the music they will present in July are growing.
Since their debut in the K-pop industry in 2010, Teen Top has released numerous hit songs including 'Crazy', 'Miss Right', 'Rocking', 'Don't Spray Perfume', and 'To You'. Since then, all members have been active in various fields.
Earlier this year, Teen Top gained renewed attention through the MBC entertainment program 'Hangout with Yoo', and with the support of their fans, they announced their comeback after three years.
Meanwhile, Teen Top is currently in the midst of preparations for their new album release.
