BLACKPINK's Jisoo caught attention with her message to singer Jeon Somi.

On the 11th, Somi shared a message she received from Jisoo.

Last month, Jisoo was the last member of BLACKPINK to release her first solo album, 'ME,' and received a lot of love for her title track, 'Flower.'

The message Jisoo left for Somi read, "Now that I've tried going solo, I realize how cool Somi is for doing so well in her solo career," which drew attention. It can be seen as a sign of respect towards Somi, who has been actively performing as a solo artist after her time with the project group I.O.I.

Somi revealed Jisoo's message, showing gratitude and warming hearts.

 

Meanwhile, BLACKPINK, which Jisoo is a part of, is successfully holding their world tour concerts. This coming July, they are slated to make history as the first K-pop artist to headline at the UK music festival 'Hyde Park British Summer Time Festival.'
