As the sudden passing of Moonbin leaves a void, fellow idols continue to mourn, deepening the sense of sorrow.

U-Know Yunho, who had a connection with Moonbin as a "Little TVXQ," expressed his condolences on April 20 (KST), saying, "I won't forget the bright and shining smile you had. I pray that you find peace and happiness in the next life." Moonbin was one of the child actors featured in TVXQ's 2006 music video for "Balloons" and had been a familiar face since childhood, playing the younger version of U-Know Yunho.

SHINee's Key and Taemin also expressed their condolences. Taemin wrote, "I remember you shining on stage. I hope you're happy in that place, as you always sparkled."

Key left a lengthy comment on Moonbin's account, "I wish you had gone to a better place, but I can't sleep because I had to say goodbye. I truly wish you were happy. Thank you for leaving so many records of your past days. Those left behind can live on, crying and laughing with those memories, and looking forward to the day when you'll greet us with a bright smile around the corner. You've worked hard, and I'm sorry I didn't know."

BTS also participated in mourning. RM posted a black image without any comment on his account, and Suga postponed a video call fan signing event scheduled for April 21.

Instead of leaving messages, some left traces of the deceased by following on SNS. Fellow idol and younger sister Billie Moon Sua canceled her schedule and became the chief mourner for Moonbin. Sua, who always showed a strong bond as siblings, followed Moonbin, his group ASTRO, and all its members.

Moonbin's same-age friends, SEVENTEEN's Seungkwan and gugudan's Shin B, also expressed their feelings by following their late friend. Seungkwan, who was known to be close with Moonbin and often mentioned each other on various broadcasts, only followed his members and the group's official account but added Moonbin to the list. Shin B, who had been in the entertainment industry for a long time as childhood friends, also added Moonbin to her account, which only followed gugudan members.

On April 20, Mnet's "M Countdown" also held a time to mourn Moonbin. MCs (G)I-DLE's Miyeon and MONSTA X's Jooheon appeared in black outfits and carried on the program with a solemn atmosphere. Miyeon mentioned the farewell, saying, "Today, many people must have had a hard time with sadness. We also had a heartbreaking time with the sudden news of departure."

In particular, Jooheon choked back tears as he said, "Today, the spring rain that fell in the morning didn't feel so welcoming. A colleague who cried and laughed together on stage for a long time suddenly left us and became a star in the sky," and "We will forever remember Moonbin, who gave us wonderful stages for a long time. We will pray once again for his peace."

IVE, who won first place that day, left a short message of gratitude to the fans and skipped the encore, showing their grieving hearts. After the MCs' comments, all the performers also quietly mourned the late Moonbin.

Moonbin debuted as a member of ASTRO in 2016 and was active in various fields. He also worked as a unit Moonbin & Sanha within the group, releasing a mini-album in January this year. Fellow idols continue to express their heartfelt condolences for the active Moonbin.

Meanwhile, Moonbin was found dead at his home in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, around 8:10 pm on the 19th. His funeral is set up at the funeral hall of Seoul Asan Hospital, and the funeral procession will take place on the 22nd.
