'Sending him off beautifully on his last journey,' Late Moonbin's funeral procession and burial site kept private
The funeral procession of ASTRO's Moonbin (25) will be held privately.
On the afternoon of the 21st, Fantagio announced, "In accordance with the wishes of the bereaved family, Moonbin's funeral procession and burial site on the 22nd will not be made public."
The agency continued, "We ask for your generous understanding so that ASTRO members and the bereaved family can beautifully send off the deceased on his last journey."
Lastly, the agency expressed their gratitude, saying, "We would like to extend our appreciation to everyone who has sent their deep condolences."
Moonbin passed away on the 19th at his residence in Gangnam-gu, Seoul. Manager A discovered him after visiting Moonbin's home when they could not make contact with him.
The funeral was held at the Seoul Asan Hospital funeral hall. His younger sibling, 'Billy' Moon Sua, served as the chief mourner. The other members also accompanied the deceased on his last journey.
Cha Eun-woo hastily wrapped up his schedule in the United States and returned to Korea. MJ, who is currently serving in the military, took emergency leave to visit the funeral. Jinjin and Sanha were also present.
