According to the K-pop dedicated news site, Allkpop, BLACKPINK Rosé led the video of Yves Saint Laurent's 2021 Summer Women's Brand Fashion Show. That said, the luxury brand collected more than 100 million views-thanks to Rosé!

On January 20 (Wednesday), the brand confirmed that the overall tally of social media views for the said fashion show video reached and surpassed 102.8 million.

That video was uploaded on Saint Laurent's official Youtube channel on December 15 last year. It shows models trekking the desert's peculiar runway but made it looked effortless, as if the sand is actual platforms.

The 10:49-minute fashion show video gathered Youtube views of 27.3 million, Facebook and Instagram views of 11 million, and Weibo views of 30.6 million during its first day of release.

In just less than a day, the views hit 50 million views, proving the massive influence of the brand's ambassadress-Rosé!

'Yves Saint Laurent's opinion to BLACKPINK Rosé

A representative from the luxury brand disclosed, "The fashion show video itself could have attracted people's popularity, but Rose definitely contributed greatly."

Also, the brand is looking forward to more projects with the K-pop idol, who is worldly-renowned. Rosé was appointed as the brand's ambassadress and advertising model in June last year.

She is the first South Korean model to be a part of the branding, leading her to be tagged as Chaeng Laurent, a combination of Rosé's real name Park Chae Young and the brand.
