Park Hae Jin Reveals His Innermost Thoughts On Winning His First-Ever Daesang
The Kkondae Intern actor Park Hae Jin has shared his innermost thoughts on winning his first Daesang (Grand Prize) at the 2020 MBC Drama Awards!
After the actor received his award on December 30, Park Hae Jin sat down for an interview with Ilgan Sports to discuss what it was like to receive the first Daesang of his 14-year career.
Park Hae Jin's Thoughts About His Role
After the big night, the actor shared that he went home directly, washed up, and went to sleep. He expressed that all his life, he never experience receiving so many congratulatory messages. "No matter how much I scrolled and scrolled, there were still new messages," he added.
In the drama Kkondae Intern, Park Hae Jin played a man who finally gets sweet revenge on a former boss who made his life miserable. Regarding the role, the actor said that it was such a challenge for him as an actor. "I feel like it was a great character," he said.
The Actor's Disbelief For Achieving The Award
As the actor repeatedly emphasized his disbelief that he had won the awards, Park Hae Jin humbly remarked that he didn't do much, but he somehow ended up receiving a Daesang.
He said he kept on texting people to say "sorry" that he was the one to receive it. The actor revealed that throughout his acting journey, he thought about if he will be able to win such kind of award.
The actor couldn't seem to say enough good things for the drama's cast and crew. He said that out of all his acting projects until now, he was the happiest while filming Kkondae Intern. He discussed that there were many camaraderies, and the set was always overflowing with laughter.
Finally, when asked about the possibility of the drama's second season, he whole-heartedly shared that even if it isn't 'Kkondae Intern, he wants to work with this team again on another project no matter what.
