Fans have recently flooded the internet with disappointments with the postponement of the blockbuster movie of Park Bo Gum and Gong Yoo titled Seobok. As of the moment, South Korea has been struggling with a spike in the number of novel coronavirus infections.
The Smile That Fans Missed So Much
On the Navy's official YouTube channel dated December 18, a video titled "Christmas Carol Medley, We Wish You All A Happy Merry Christmas!" was posted. The video is said to have been uploaded as a promotional video by the Navy's public relations unit.
The video released is filled with Christmas atmosphere as the unit sang "White Christmas," "Winter Wonderland," and "All I Want for Christmas is You."
The people's attention was caught as Park Bo Gum is seen playing the keyboard. As he is playing the instrument, he was wearing a warm smile the whole time while wearing the Navy uniform.
Navy's Move To Cheer Up Everyone Despite The Pandemic
The Navy shared in a statement that they prepared the Christmas carol medley to cheer up everyone going through the difficult times during the COVID19 pandemic and give them energy. "We wish everyone has a warm Christmas even though everyone can't be together physically," the unit added.
Meanwhile, South Korean theaters will only have two new big-budget films for the Christmas and year-end season. On December 23, Warner Bros' action-adventure, "Wonder Woman 1984," will be hitting the big screens, while on December 25, Disney-Pixar's "Soul" will be premiered.
