READ: BTS To Perform At The '2020 iHeartRadio Jingle Ball'
The world's most phenomenal K-pop group BTS adds to the shining stars from the music industry gracing the 2020 iHeartRadio Jingle Ball stage. The K-pop boy group is set to enthrall fans with impressive performances of its hit songs, with no titles yet.
BTS joins other famous artists for the event
The Big Hit Entertainment-managed boy group, which follows a very hectic schedule for December, is one of the invited artists to perform at the forthcoming year-end concert. Soompi reported that the connection of BTS to the event was made on December 9 (Wednesday).
With the big announcement, fans of the boy group, who call themselves ARMYs, are impressed that their idols continue to swing with other famous artists from the music industry on a global scale. The prestigious list of performing artists included in the announcement is Lil Nas X and American diva Mariah Carey.
The annual year-end music showcase brought by iHeartRadio previously made known the first set of performers, namely Harry Styles, Sam Smith, Billi Eilish, Doja Cat, Shawn Mendes, The Weeknd, and Dua Lipa.
Besides performing, BTS and the other artists will also give speeches and remarks towards the holiday season and perform a rendition of classic Christmas songs.
The K-pop dedicated news site further reported that BTS is gazing to "perform a snippet of a holiday classic." However, the song's title was not revealed.
How to stream and event date
Meaww stated that all of the artists' performances, including BTS's, will be virtually recorded. With that said, the 2020 iHeartRadio Jingle Ball will commence on December 10 (Thursday), at precisely 9 PM ET / 6 PM PT.
CW network will be airing the said event on December 14 (Monday) for an exclusive TV special at 8 PM ET / PT. Aside from the TV broadcast, the event will also be available for streaming on the CW App and CWTV.com.
95 iHeartMedia CHR radio stations will also be gifting the fans of the artists a stream, and as well as on the iHeartRadio App.
