South Korean singer Andy Lee, a member of the K-pop band Shinhwa, has announced his wedding with a handwritten letter to fans. The artist posted the letter on his personal Instagram handle on January 19.

The k-pop singer penned the letter with the opening words of "Shinhwa Changjo". He went on to write that this year marks the 24 years since he met his fans as a member of the Shinhwa group.

Andy shared that there have been various events throughout the years in his life, but he is the person he is today only thanks to the support and endless love that the fans have given to him. So, he took the opportunity to sincerely thank all his fans for that in the letter.

The artist then wrote that he was writing the letter to deliver news that he wanted fans to hear from him first. Andy then said that he had found someone with whom he wants to spend the rest of his life.

The singer mentioned that the said person in question makes him smile when he is facing hardship, and this person also cherishes him so much. Therefore, from now on, he planned to live a life of togetherness, rather than one lived alone.

Andy also hoped that his fans will please congratulate him on his new beginning in life, and look upon them with warm gazes.

The singer also revealed his intention to show everyone a good side of him unchangingly as a member of Shinhwa.

Andy is going to become the third Shinhwa member to get married after Shinhwa Eric and Jun Jin. This leaves Shin Hye Sung, Lee Min Woo, and Kim Dong Wan as the three remaining bachelors of Shinhwa.

Andy is the youngest member of the six-member South Korean boys band Shinhwa. It is the first-generation K-pop group, alongside Fin.K.L, g.o.d, S.E.S, and H.O.T. the group is also the longest-running boy band in K-pop's history.

Shinhwa's work and longevity have influenced many future generations of K-pop bands, and many describe the first-generation K-pop idol group as legendary. The group hosted CHAPTER 4, their 21st anniversary on April 20 and 21 in 2019.

Andy has also ventured into solo singing, musicals, and television acting. He is also the producer of boy bands UP10TION, 100%, and Teen Top, and also the producer of duo Jumper.
